1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crazy AI Automations LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, chatbots, automations, or any services (collectively “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”). If you disagree, do not use our Services.

2. Nature of Service

Crazy AI Automations LLC builds and provides business automations, marketing systems, chatbots, CRM setups, funnels, and related consulting. We are not a financial institution, investment advisor, or legal consultant. All tools and automations are provided for business-efficiency and marketing purposes only.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
• Use our Services in compliance with applicable laws.
• Maintain control of your business systems, logins, and client data.
• Not resell, clone, or redistribute our intellectual property without written consent.

You understand that improper setup, misinformation, or misuse of automations may lead to undesired outcomes, and you accept full responsibility for your own results.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, conversions, or outcomes. Performance depends on many factors beyond our control — including client effort, ad spend, targeting, and data accuracy.

Our systems are designed to increase efficiency, not to replace your judgment, staff, or compliance obligations.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are due upfront unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Setup fees and service retainers are non-refundable once work begins.
• Subscriptions or ongoing services renew automatically unless canceled in writing before the next billing date.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first are considered breach of agreement and may result in termination of service.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, templates, code, graphics, workflows, and automations created by Crazy AI Automations LLC are owned exclusively by the Company. Clients receive a license to use, not ownership rights. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, or resell any of our work without prior written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability / No Monetary Damages

Crazy AI Automations LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our Services. This includes loss of revenue, data, or reputation. You waive all rights to seek or recover monetary damages of any kind. If liability is ever established, it shall not exceed the amount paid to the Company for the specific service in dispute.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crazy AI Automations LLC and all related entities, officers, owners, affiliates, contractors, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including attorney fees) resulting from:

• Your use or misuse of our Services;
• Your violation of any law;
• Your breach of this Agreement.

This applies even after termination of the business relationship.

9. Arbitration Only – No Lawsuits

All disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be settled exclusively through private binding arbitration in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

• No lawsuits or jury trials are permitted.
• Each party bears its own legal costs.
• The arbitration decision is final and confidential.

By using our Services, you permanently waive the right to sue Crazy AI Automations LLC or its affiliates in any court of law.

10. No Third-Party Liability

You agree not to hold liable any affiliates, vendors, partners, or individuals connected with Crazy AI Automations LLC. Your sole agreement is with the Company itself.

11. Service Modifications

We may update, pause, or discontinue any Service at our discretion. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire understanding between you and Crazy AI Automations LLC and supersede all previous discussions or agreements.

14. Digital Signature Consent

By using our Services, you consent to electronic records and digital signatures under the U.S. ESIGN Act, acknowledging that your acceptance online or by email has the same force as a handwritten signature.
